Rose Guarantee

Each rose sold by Growquest is guaranteed to root out and bloom and be true it's name.

Bare root and potted roses are guaranteed to root out and generate new growth. We will replace any that do not root out and develop new growth. In the event that a plant (let hope not, but plants) die out we will replace that plant with another of rose of same or equal value with your choice of replacement variety.

Bare root plants will be replaced with bare roots. Potted plants will be replaced with potted plants depending on region and season, otherwise they will be replaced with bare root plants.

Proof of the dead plant in question may require only an emailed photo of the dead plant(s). It may require that the rose be put into a box and shipped back to us UPS or USPS ground service.

The only condition to this guarantee is that you must let us know during the growing season if there is a decline in the health of your plant or a failure to establish so that we can send you or suggest to you the plant health product(s) that would be need to bring your plant back to a thriving condition. There are very few plants that just drop dead, so there is often enough time when we work together to give you the best rose garden ever..
